To participate in the Best Places To Work in the Middle East and Asia program, please complete the registration form. Upon receipt of your request, one of our consultants will contact you to finalize your registration.

The surveys are anonymous. They are administered either online or in paper format. The survey for employees consists of 36 questions divided into 8 sections:

  • Compensation & benefits.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Personal growth.
  • Team.
  • HR Practices.
  • Workplace.
  • Employee engagement.

The HR Assessment consists of 154 questions divided into 6 sections:

  • Company profil.
  • HR Practices.
  • Leadership.
  • Wellbeing.
  • Engagement.
  • Personal growth.

We evaluate the best companies on the basis of the data collected from the employees and on the HR assessment and HR policies of the company.

The objective of this step is to give companies the opportunity to assess and measure employees engagement and identify action plan that will help them improve the culture and working environment within of the company.

After analyzing the results, we rank the companies in the Best Places To Work in the Middle East and Asia program. Only the top employers in each category will be unveiled and rewarded at the awards ceremony.
